Return and Refund Policy

Final Sale Policy

All sales at LaVenteVip are considered final and non-returnable, except in cases involving authentication issues or significant discrepancies between the received product and its description.

Return Eligibility Criteria

  • Authentication Problems: Returns will be accepted if a product fails an authentication process conducted by an authorized entity.
  • Significant Descriptive Differences: Returns will be permitted if the received product substantially differs from its description on our website.

Return Process

  • Initiating a Return: Customers must contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the item to report any authentication problems or discrepancies. Please reach out via email at support@lavente.vip.
  • Return Deadline: Once the return request is approved, the item must be shipped back to us within 7 days. Failure to ship the item within this timeframe will be considered as acceptance of the original order, and the return request will be voided.
  • Tag Policy: To be eligible for a return, the store's tags must remain intact and attached. Removal or damage to the tags may void return eligibility, unless the return is due to authentication failure or descriptive discrepancies.

Refund Procedure

  • Cancellation before order is fulfilled:

No transcaction fees applied to this case. Customers will get full amount payment back.

  • Cancellation after order is fulfilled:

Refund Approval: If the returned item meets the return criteria after inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping and Return Fees: All original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. If the order was not eligible for free shipping, the initial shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Authentication Review Fees: Any authentication review fees incurred are non-refundable, even if the return is approved.

Refund Deductions: You will only be refunded the payment less 5% payment processing fees, delivery cost, returning handling fees of $30.

Return Shipping Responsibility

If the return is initiated due to customer reasons (such as change of mind or ordering the wrong item), the customer assumes full responsibility for any loss or damage during return shipping. We recommend using an insured method of transit. However, if the return is due to our fault (such as an authentication failure or incorrect description), LaVente.vip will cover any losses or damages during the return transit.

Inspection Process

All returned items will undergo a comprehensive inspection to verify the reported issues and confirm compliance with the return eligibility criteria. Returns that do not meet the criteria may be rejected.

Tag Removal Policy

  • Tag Importance: Store tags serve as crucial identifiers of authenticity and condition. Removing or damaging tags may affect return eligibility.
  • Voiding Returns: Items with removed or tampered tags may become ineligible for return, except in cases of authentication problems or significant descriptive discrepancies.
