Source & Authenticity Policy

LaVenteVip sells authentic pre-owned and consigned luxury goods only. We maintain traceable sourcing, multi-step verification, and robust record-keeping. We are not affiliated with the brands referenced; trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

1) Sourcing & Traceability

• We procure from verified suppliers and accept consignments under written agreements. Documents retained include invoices/receipts, consignment agreements, shipping/clearance records, and delivery confirmations.

2) Multi-Step Verification

• Physical inspection (materials, hardware, stitching, serials), documentation checks, and cross-reference with publicly available references.

3) Record-Keeping

• We keep transaction and verification records consistent with applicable laws and platform requirements, subject to privacy rules.

4) Prohibited Items

• No counterfeits, replicas, or items violating third-party IP.

5) Authenticity Guarantee

• If an item is proven inauthentic by a reputable third-party authenticator (written report required), we will provide a refund per our Refund Policy.
• Claims must be initiated within the timeframe listed in our policies and the item must remain in the same condition as delivered (including any tags, certificates, and accessories).

6) Buyer Responsibilities

• Review photos and descriptions carefully; ask questions before purchase. Normal wear consistent with age/use does not indicate inauthenticity.
